All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Many of our items are custom produced specifically for each customer, including but not limited to personalized designs, custom apparel, and made-to-order merchandise. Because of this, items cannot be restocked or resold.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. This includes confirming sizing, colors, spelling, design selections, and shipping information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or issues caused by improper use or care.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our facility. Any shipping issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.
