Embroidery

Nothing says "we take this seriously" like embroidered apparel. There's a weight and texture to embroidery that printing can't replicate. Logos pop. Colors hold. And the finished product looks like it belongs on a professional, not a volunteer. Badger Track Customs provides custom embroidery for businesses, teams, organizations, and events across Montana.

What We Embroider

Polos, Button-Downs, and Corporate Apparel

The bread and butter of embroidery. Left-chest logos on polos and dress shirts give your staff a consistent, polished look that builds trust with customers and clients.

Hats and Beanies

Structured caps, dad hats, trucker hats, beanies. Embroidered headwear is one of the most popular and visible ways to get your brand out in the world. We handle front, side, and back embroidery.

Jackets and Outerwear

Softshells, fleeces, vests, rain jackets, and work coats. Embroidered outerwear is built to last and gets your logo seen in every season.

Bags, Towels, and Accessories

Duffel bags, totes, backpacks, blankets, and towels. Embroidery turns everyday items into branded merchandise and memorable gifts.

How the Process Works

1. Digitization

Your logo or design gets converted into an embroidery file (called digitizing). This step translates your artwork into stitch instructions that the embroidery machine follows. We handle this for you. If you have a clean vector file, great. If all you have is a JPEG from your website, we can work with that too.

2. Proofing

Before we stitch a single thread, we send you a digital proof showing thread colors, placement, and sizing on the garment you've selected. You approve it, we produce it.

3. Production

Your items are hooped and stitched on commercial embroidery equipment. Multi-head machines let us run multiple garments at once, so we can handle volume without sacrificing quality or turnaround time.

When to Choose Embroidery

Embroidery is the right call when you want a premium, professional look. It's ideal for corporate and business apparel, staff uniforms, outerwear, hats, and any item where durability matters. Embroidered logos don't fade, peel, or crack. They outlast the garment.

For large, full-color designs, photo-quality images, or all-over prints, a print method like DTF will serve you better. We'll help you pick the right approach for your project.
